35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’

37 “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing?39 When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’

40 “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters,[a] you were doing it to me!’

SHELTER HOTLINES AND COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE:
  • TO BRING AWARENESS ABOUT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and OVERCOMING THE OBSTACLES OF DV, IPV, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING WITH QUALITY SUPPORT.

Assist with housing and community aid services for women and children affected & inflicted by the issues of Domestic Violence, IPV, and Human & Sexual Trafficking for 6 months

(SOON TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING)

What do we really want?

  • Transitional Home

  • Safe Haven

  • Quality housing

  • We want to provide 6-month sustainability and turn around service aid for women and children affected by IPV & DV.

Why we really want this?

  • We want WHOLENESS

  • We want reconciliation to the Father!

  • We want our clients to leave with sustainable on the job training

  • We want efficient group &  individual mental health for mom  & children

  • Great financial education and sustainability to support themselves

  • Great support system for them for 6-month

  • Plus attainable expectations for them to get a apartment, car, job, and continue with parenting classes

  • In addition keep bringing their child to Ranger and American Girl programs

Where do we need ?

  • Our areas of need area Prince William County in the areas of Occoquan, Dale City, Southern Woodbridge & Lake Ridge

  • There is no community shelter or transitional home that addresses these areas

Who is important for this  love process to work ?

  • Local Partnership

  • Grant Sponsorship

  • Donations

  • Your Prayer & LOVE

How will this help our communities?

  • Due to the number of human trafficking, sex trafficking, and Domestic Violence in Prince William County  we want to be one of the transitional homes that assist the local area county agencies like : police officers, sheriffs departments and others county agencies that will alleviate the burden in our community.

  • We want to ensure a longer stay in our transitional home of 6 months rather than the max of 21 day turn around. This will give us time for healthy mental assessment, group mental assessment and healthy help for on the job training and parental support.

  • Most victims who feel supported and are in a group or getting help from a therapist and are financially stable are more likely not to return to their abuser.  And will feel safer rather than those who have no safety of financial or emotional support.

Due to PWC School on a virtual school session and volunteers not allowed to volunteer on the property until further notice we are postponed. Please wait for a further date for collection and process of gift assistance
