The USS Indianapolis had delivered the crucial components of the first operational atomic bomb to a naval base on the Pacific island of Tinian. On August 6, 1945, the weapon would level Hiroshima. But now, on July 28, the Indianapolis sailed from Guam, without an escort, to meet the battleship USS Idaho in the Leyte Gulf in the Philippines and prepare for an invasion of Japan.

Next to the holding pen where the creature is kept in, the MEGA Bull Shark spots a large female great white colored blue, bigger than the Apex Great White but with Bio-Electric Powers. That great white was the Bio-Electric or simply, Electric Great White shark with the same bio-electric evolution as the bull's bio-electric set and Trip Westhaven names it as, "Government-suppressed free energy source." The shark decides to take on the electric shark to show who's the true Apex Predator or can think about avoiding it and finding a way to take it down from far range, but she has to take extreme caution as the great white can use its teeth to give enemies a huge shock, and admits electric currents when dodging. This makes the Electric Great White even harder to fight than the Apex Great White in Prosperity Sands. If she's equipped with the Bio-Electric set, then she may have a chance of being immune to being stunned by the Electric Great White, unless if she obtained the Atomic body(Given after killing the Shadow Orca), she would have a fighting chance against her dangerous opponent. Against the odds, she would accidentally lure some hostile predators here like her other main objective to kill 10 Hammerheads, the other is the Great Whites, or rarely another Electric Great White, but nevertheless the MEGA Bull Shark defeats the Electric Great White shark and is rewarded the atomic fins. She continues finding the remaining collectibles around the island until she spots a tank which has an impenetrable glowing barrier with something inside it. As she gets up on land to get a better view, she sees the creature swimming in it. The creature seems to look like a Mosasaurus with atomic powers because of its fins and the tail flopping up out of the water and the shark believes that the predator could be what's putting her Apex Status on the line. The shark returns back into the water where she sniffs out another evolved Apex Predator which is a large male orca, bigger than the Apex Orca with the shadow evolution. What came on the scene was a Shadow Orca which shares the same shadow evolution as the MEGA shark's Shadow set. Not willing to fear the Shadow Orca, the MEGA shark equipped with her shadow set, goes after it and must avoid the orca's teeth and poison cloud to avoid taking damage. Since the MEGA Bull Shark had her shadow set on, she have a fighting chance against the Shadow Orca, apparently activated her active of the body and going to slow motion, and completely damaging it making the Shadow Orca, an almost easy opponent to take down. Against the odds, the shark beats the Shadow Orca and is rewarded the atomic body evolution which allows the shark to let out an atomic breath like Godzilla. The third evolved Apex Predator the shark encounters is a male sperm whale with the bone evolution which Trip Westhaven calls it, "Project Sunshine Side Effect." (Which is after the creature escaped from Plover Island) A sperm whale with the bone evolution definitely makes it a challenge, even more than the Electric Great White, and Shadow Orca. To beat the Bone Sperm Whale, the shark must attack it when its at its most vulnerable position like if the whale was idle after missing to bite the shark, unless she grabbed her prey or smaller predator to tail whipped them at range against it. With those tactics, the shark defeats the sperm whale and is rewarded the Atomic Tail which allows her to catapult a radiation ball to hit evolved wildlife or other animals.

The MEGA shark destroys the tower that supplies power to the creature's tank which makes the impenetrable barrier, releasing it into the wild as it gives off a radiation roar (which marks its freedom) and heads towards Port Clovis. Before the shark can go after it, she must confront Admiral Barbra Terranova who is very angry that the shark has ruined her plans, killed the soldierss and destroyed equipment, not to mention her officials too. She decides to take out the shark with the biggest vessel in her fleet, equipped with torpedoes. Apparently, she was a fearful one as she could be the shark hunter for long (Evident that she made sharks feared her because she killed many sharks before, and the marine biologists confirmed that sharks feared her the most in her civilian and military life), and she was the most dangerous threat with her Littoral Combat Ship, with many backups armed with torpedoes, huge canister bombs, and of course the elite hunter divers, making her the worthy but a tough opponent that the MEGA Bull Shark had to face against the bounty hunter, way more than the hunters back at Port Clovis. Unfortunately for her, the shark grabs the torpedoes to launch back at the ship, and mostly using her atomic blast and destroying the heavy armed combat ship and killing Terranova and her crew, allowing the shark to eat her. Before leaving, the shark battles against a resurrected or infected bone sperm whale which is bigger (possibly older than the other one) and has atomic powers which have been fed by the Atomic Leviathan after it broke out of its tank. She had to be cautious about the Irradiated Bone Sperm Whale because since it's bigger, it's also more powerful and had reduced damage even further making it the toughest evolved apex predator the MEGA Bull Shark had ever faced, possibly the first time to kill the irradiated evolved apex predator before. Fully equipped with the atomic set, she had to kill it from afar so she doesn't get hit and flew into the air by it as dealt with many sperm whales before. After defeating the Irradiated Bone Sperm Whale, the shark finishes the last rings chases(unless if she already did all of them before killing the irradiated evolved apex predator), and finding collectibles, then returns to Port Clovis to seek out the creature which had return to the place where it'd first visited and it's starting to irradiating the whole entire region.

Measuring an estimated 30 m (100 ft) long, the Atomic Leviathan is an extraordinary predator. At Level 100, it's the largest and most powerful of all creatures in Port Clovis and 40 times more powerful than the largest Apex in The Gulf, the Apex Sperm Whale, as well as the Irradiated Bone Sperm Whale. It has the head of a crocodile, the body of a Mosasaurus, and the dorsal spines and atomic energy of Godzilla. Like Godzilla, the Leviathan has the ability to fire an atomic breath, radiating anything its path. The atomic breath has a deadly combination of ebola, anthrax, and Lassa fever. If not contained, the lethal substance would infect the entire world from Port Clovis, though the Leviathan itself does have a vaccine to stop the deadly diseases. The breath can also be used to summon other Irradiated creatures for reinforcements in combat. The Leviathan also has decent armor which can be regenerated if it breaks. This makes the Atomic Leviathan even harder to fight than the Apex Sperm Whale.

Based on its looks, the Atomic Leviathan is based on the Jurassic World Mosasaurus with some features similar to Godzilla because of the dorsal spines and atomic breath. This makes the Atomic Leviathan, definitely the coolest creature in the game.

The Atomic Leviathan, or M.O.L.O.C.H., lived in the waters off Plover Island, which is home to an advanced Military Complex by NWO. The Atomic Leviathan was created in the laboratories of NWO where it's combined with Crocodile, Mosasaur, and Godzilla DNA making it look like a massive Mosasaurus with Atomic Powers. The atomic powers give the Leviathan the ability to let out an atomic breath similar to Godzilla and radiate anything in its path. The Atomic Breath and roar also makes it a beacon to alert other Irradiated creatures to come and assists the Leviathan when in combat making the odds uneven. The Leviathan is kept in a special tank that is impenetrable and hard to escape. However, after the MEGA Bull Shark destroyed the communications tower powering the force field, the Leviathan escaped its tank and swam to Port Clovis to begin its radiation attack.

After completing every objective and investigating the sites left by the Leviathan, the MEGA Shark, full equipped with the Atomic Set, heads out to area in The Gulf, where the Leviathan is when the last objective "Alpha Wave" pops up. It's highly possible that the Atomic Leviathan itself know it's being tailed by the Atomic MEGA Bull Shark, so it would set up its last and final stand against her before irradiating the entire world next. Upon entering the area, a cutscene plays with the Leviathan swimming towards the player poison cloud and reveals its mouth with the atomic energy in a freeze frame as Trip Westhaven says, "The Beast of the Bottomless Pit... M.O.L.O.C.H!" and Leviathan swims out of view as the cutscene ends.

After the cutscene, the fight between the Atomic MEGA shark and Atomic Leviathan begins. The shark will have to be careful in the fight as the Leviathan's attacks will Irradiate her if she's not moving. This can be avoided by evading until the Leviathan's breath runs out. Any dislodged spins the Leviathan unleashes when trying to whip the shark can be grabbed and sent back flying at it. There are three spines in to total and the shark will have to grab throw back fast before the spines explode. After the shark evades the Leviathan's attacks and grabbing three more spines to send flying back, the armor on the Leviathan breaks and the shark unleashes her own atomic breath on the Mosasaur, draining its health to half empty. The shark must be quick to drain the Mosasaur's health to half empty or else the armor will regenerate, giving the shark extra time to break it again. With it's health half empty, a cutscene plays with the Leviathan uses it's summoning roar to summon reinforcements which include the Irradiated Electric Great White, the Irradiated Shadow Orca, and the Irradiated Bone Sperm Whale as Trip Westhaven says, "Everything is energy, even physical matter, so maybe if we all focus our minds on the destruction of this unholy weapon, it will happen." and the cutscene ends. The fight resumes and the odds are now uneven as the shark will have to fight the Leviathan but also avoid the resurrected Irradiated Apex Predators(Unless it could be optional to kill them). The shark doesn't have to kill them again as the main objective is to defeat the Leviathan, they can be poss as threats so it can either that MEGA Shark kill them first while the Leviathan is still on her tail, while others struggling to catch up with her, except the Irradiated Electric Great White who can at least catch up before losing sight of the MEGA Shark. After avoiding/finally killing the irradiated predators, throwing back more dislodged spines, and using her own atomic breath, the MEGA Shark defeats the Leviathan as its body floats in the water, and the shark's apex status is kept intact. 041b061a72
